Wine was made in the traditional Qvevri(underground clay vessels) in the Marani(wine cellar) of the Alaverdi monastery in eastern Georgia, in which it has been carefully left to age and macerate for 4-5 months. Color of gold with amber hue, developed, tender, harmonious with combined fruity aroma, with fresh and dried fruits, harmonious flavor, walnut tones with a long – lasting velvet reflection and slightly of sweet taste. The wine with rich varietal aroma and taste, is characterized by high antioxidant properties.
